Picture on the left is my picture and picture on the right is of Lilly Allen.
Posture of Lilly Allen compared to mine is that she is more upright to show confidence. My person's posture is quite natural, so audiences can relate themselves to the picture.
Camera angle on both is eyelevel mid-shot this is good idea because it looks more welcoming and apealing to audiences.
Both backgrounds are plain, this is so the main focus is on them and emphasises the person more.
In both pictures they are representing white females. This is because they are representing the majority.
Expressions however are quite different. My picture my person is smiling and looking more natural, whereas Lilly Allen is going for a more posed/made up look. This might be because the magazine is aiming themselves at proffessionals and every last detail means a lot.
Neither picture used a stereotype because they see people for themselves not what they have been classifed as. Also the pictures fit into more conventional magazines and didnt challenge that much because otherwise it wouldnt appeal to the target audience.
